Four stages. The timings shift with the profile; the sequence does not.
Profile and direction
We establish what you are actually deciding. Academic record, professional background, language position, budget, and the constraint nobody mentions until asked. Then the harder question: what does this degree need to open?
First two weeksStrategy and shortlist
Countries, programmes, institutions, in that order. Each one on the list is there for a stated reason, and each one you rejected is documented too. Scholarship and funding routes are mapped at the same time, because their deadlines usually come first.
Three to six weeksBuilding the application
The narrative that connects your background to the programme, and the programme to what comes after. Statement structure, referee briefing, document sequence, submission order. You write it. I work on what it has to prove.

Shortlisting is not a quick exercise when it is done properly. It involves understanding the person first: their academic profile, their long-term direction, their tolerance for different environments, and then mapping institutions against that, not the reverse.

Statement of purpose development, reference management, portfolio positioning and interview preparation are not tasks that can be compressed. Competitive postgraduate applications, especially to research-intensive institutions, require sustained preparation across an extended period.

Internship placement advisory
Structured internship placement, particularly in competitive sectors such as finance, architecture, law and international organisations, operates on recruitment cycles that close months before the position begins. Students who approach this process without strategic preparation are not competing on equal terms. CV positioning, sector mapping, application sequencing and interview preparation all require time that cannot be improvised.

Language school & pathway programmes
Placement in the right language or foundation programme depends on much more than language level. Institutional fit, progression route, geographic preferences and budget structure all require considered advisory, and availability in preferred locations closes quickly.

For families planning secondary education abroad, the lead time is significantly longer. Entry points at Year 9, 10 or Sixth Form follow rigid institutional cycles. Language and pathway programme placements for 2027 entry. Preferred destinations: UK, Ireland, Malta, Canada.
Scholarship & funding advisory
For September 2027 entry. Early engagement is essential: the largest windows close first, Chevening on 6 October 2026.
